Besides studying and practicing the forms associated with Kung Fu, our teens study the other self-defense uses these forms serve. Explained thoroughly and practiced safely, these strategies give our teens concentration, respect, and trust.
Practicing our forms and self-defense strategies will help improve our youth. Our teens also know the importance of specific abilities. Having the strength to stand up for themselves and others, the strength to show their actual ability and potential. Developing certain qualities helps build confidence and character.
